Subject of this Pre-Information Form ("Form"): This Pre-Information Form pertains to the sale of the accomodation services or festival events ("Services") specified in terms of quality and sales price, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014, and numbered 29188.
1- Consumer Confirmation: All consumers who will make purchases through the website www.babakamp.com ("Site") are deemed to have read and approved the Pre-Information. After approval, the Distance Sales Agreement related to Accommodation Services ("Agreement"), sent to their email addresses, is considered to be read, understood, and approved without any objection.

5- Service Payment: The fees for ordered services are collected through credit/debit card or bank transfer.

7- Conclusion of the Agreement: By entering credit card information on the Site's form when placing an order, a contract is considered established between the Buyer and the Seller. The order amount is then debited from the card provided. The Buyer has the right to access the Pre-Information and the Distance Sales Agreement through the Site at any time.
8- Consumer Rights: The Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Court or Consumer Arbitration Board for any disputes arising from purchases made on the Site, in accordance with relevant legislation.
9- Acceptance: After being read and accepted by the Consumer in electronic form, this Pre-Information Form marks the stage of establishing the Distance Sales Agreement. The Buyer confirms having acquired the information provided in the Pre-Information Form and agrees to the accuracy of the information in the Form.
